The Stella Rossa Volleyball Club is a fully incorporated non-profit volleyball club with the sole purpose of developing talented volleyball players in high performance capacity. In other words, commitment to high performance volleyball, with respect to both player and coaching development, has been at the root of The Stella Rossa Volleyball Club since inception.
The Club employs a large number of staff to identify, recruit, develop, and support talented young players. Members of The Club’s Youth Development program are expected to couple their Club training with their individual educational programs at their own schools. This reinforces The Club’s high expectations of maintaining the ‘Stella Rossa Standard’, which includes team spirit, friendship, excellence, elite player conduct, effort and persistence, and respect.

The mission of The Stella Rossa Volleyball Club is to create a high-performance environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent, thereby providing the best opportunity to progress in their professional volleyball careers, all whilst ensuring those individuals who fall short of this standard have the necessary skills and education to achieve success in a vocational career.
